Get direct referrals to talent! We help match our candidates to your open positions by acting as a liaison between your organization and the military community. Through our talent pipeline, you get qualified leads immediately after our virtual and in-person events.

Military Community Visibility

In addition to helping fill your military talent pipeline, we offer the represent you as a partner at on-base military transitions events. We visit approximately 35 bases per year, highlighting your company in conversations, signage and leave-behinds. Your opportunities are also included in weekly emails to the military community and on the Mission Wisconsin job board.

You get the pipeline, the visibility and knowledge capital. With this partnership option, you also receive consulting on referred talent, wrap-around services for all your veteran employee new hires, and we’ll serve as an Ambassador for your company as a veteran-ready employer to the military community.
